This is a 105 unit affordable independent living senior housing project in San Ramon. It consists of 2 and 3 levels of Type V woodframe construction in 2 separate buildings connected by a pedestrian bridge. Construction was completed in 2011 at a cost of $16.2M. It is the recipient of the Gold Nugget Award of Merit.
