Mr. Wong's 31 years of experience has been in the award winning design, management, and construction administration of primarily multi-family housing, senior housing, and special needs housing for both affordable housing developers as well as market rate developers. He has been responsible for approximately 2000 housing units ranging from high density urban infill podium structures to low rise slab on grade construction.
