This is a 71 unit affordable family housing project the Chinatown area of Oakland, California. It consists of 4 levels of Type V woodframed construction over a Type I podium which includes residential lobby and administrative supportive spaces, a parking garage, and retail space. Construction was completed in 2017 with a construction cost of $24M.
