This is a 70 unit affordable independent living senior housing project in Pinole. It replaced an existing school building. It is designed in the Mission style to pay homage to the demolished school. It consists of 2 and3 levels of Type V woodframe construction in 4 separate buildings. Construction was completed in 1994. It is the recipient of the Gold Nugget Grand Award.
