This is a 24 unit special needs housing project for the developmentally disabled in Palo Alto, financed under the HUD 811 prgrame. It consists on 2 levels of Type V woodframe construction on grade. Construction was completed in 1997. It is the recipient of a Gold Nugget Award of Merit.
