This is an occupied rehab of 92 units of senior and special needs housing for SFHA, to be turned over to Bridge Housing and MEDA. Renovations include ADA upgrades, unit and common area finish upgrades, mechanical/plumbing upgrades, roof replacement, and landscape upgrades at a cost of $19 M. Construction was completed in 2018.
