This is a 6 story mixed used project with 124 units of family housing over a Whole Foods retail store with 3 levels of parking at the entrance to downtown Novato. It consists of 3 levels of Type III construction over 3 levels of Type I construction. Construction was completed in 2009 at of cost of $85M.
