This is a 81 unit affordable independent living senior housing project in South San Francisco. It consists of 3 and 4 levels of Type V woodframe construction over a Type I concrete podium which houses the parking garage, residential lobby and support services, and a commercial space for the Rotary Club of South San Francisco. Construction is scheduled to be completed in December of 2018 at a cost of $22M.
