This is an 80 unit affordable independent living senior housing project in Berkeley. It consists of 3 levels of Type V woodframe construction over 1 level of Type I parking and Office space. It is also the headquarters of Satellite Affordable Housing Associates. Construction was completed in 2006 at a cost of $12.2M. It is the recipient of the Gold Nugget Award of Merit.
