This is a 16 unit special needs housing project for transitional age youths in Berkeley. It consists of 3 levels of housing units over a parking garage, laundry room, and resident offices. The is a separate Community Building at the back of the site. Construction was completed in 2010 at a cost of $4M. It is the recipient of a Gold Nugget Award of Merit.
