This is an occupied rehab of 110 units of senior housing for Mercy Housing. Renovations include ADA upgrades, unit and common area finish upgrades, mechanical/plumbing upgrades, roof replacement, and landscape upgrades at a cost of $17 M. Construction was completed in 2018.
