This is a 103 unit affordable independent living senior housing project in the heart of Milpitas. It consists of 3 levels of Type V woodframe construction over 1 level of Type I parking. Amenities include a Community Room, Exercise Room, Crafts and Computer Room, and a Theater. Construction was completed in 2008 at a cost of $18.7M. It is the recipient of the Gold Nugget Grand Award and ULI Award of Excellence.
