1901 Park Blvd is a mixed-use market rate condo project consisting of 23 residential units with a mix of 2 and 3 bedroom units over 2 retail spaces on grade and an underground parking garage located in Oakland, CA. There are balconies for each unit as well as a roof top terrace and solar panels. An elevator provides accessible access to all floors and roof terrace. There are 4 levels of Type VA wood framed construction over a Type IA concrete podium and basement. The building is on its own triangular shaped city block making the unit layout a real challenge. It’s location is easily accessible to local shops and restaurants. The project is currently in design.
